Disappointed in their overall service and approach. Had them install a shower glass partition which was done well and with professionalism. When the contractor abandoned the project, I reached out to have them complete additional glass units for which they had measured. I was treated extremely poorly by staff when I called to see if they would complete the job directly with myself. I have no confidence now that they will stand behind the product installed. I’ve included even the email sent to them with no response. I would recommend looking at all options in Niagara prior to committing to Welland Glass.
