FIX AUTO WELLAND

(Duplicate post for photos) Had an insurance job done. Everyone was super helpful in the process. From the estimate, to the rental car, to the timely repair... they even detailed the car inside and out before giving it back to me. Positively thrilled!!

I can't say enough about this establishment. Simon and all the gang were caring, professional and acceptional at what they do. My car was restored to prestine condition. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. While I hope my car remains accident free, I will be recommending you to everyone I know. I’m honestly pretty frustrated with my experience. I had my door replaced in Feb/March, and by November the window stopped rolling up and down. I brought the car back in and was told they’d take a look and take care of it — great. The issue came when I went to pick it up. My partner suddenly got violently sick with food poisoning and couldn’t drive me. I spent the entire day trying to find a ride and finally secured one for around 6:30pm, after the shop closed at 5. I called and spoke with Amelia, who told me it was totally fine to come after hours and that the keys would be left in my gas cap. She said they do this all the time. So I trusted that. But when I arrived at 6:30, my car was locked behind the gate — completely inaccessible. No after-hours contact information, nothing. I was stranded alone on the east side of Welland after dark with no way to access my vehicle. For context: I used to drive in from a neighbouring town specifically to keep using this shop after I moved. After this experience, I’d rather go to a local shop instead of making a 25-minute trip just to deal with this kind of chaos. My life would’ve been a lot easier if I hadn’t. If the business closes at 5 every day, they need a more reliable system for after-hours pickup. What happened was not okay.

Amazing!!! Could not have asked for better customer service, compassion, honesty, or communication. Every person I interacted with at Fix Auto was very kind and helpful. Everyone was very knowledgeable about the process of my claim and repair, and (I’d say) went above and beyond to communicate everything with me and ensure my car was well taken care of, and even helped me talk with my insurance to make sure everything was handled properly. I will always recommend this shop and will be trusting them with my vehicle from now on! Thank you all so much!!!

I hit a small yellow pole that ruined the side of my car - They had to replace and paint the whole rear passenger door plus all the plastic mouldings and buff/repaint the front passenger door. I went to Dave at Fix Auto Welland and he took great care of me. Gave me the lowest quote out of all the places I went too and I got my car back a day earlier than expected. They were prompt, friendly and professional. I got them to fix a couple other small dents on my drivers side and deep scratches in the back bumper along with the other body work. I just got my car back and not only did I pay an unbelievably amazing price, my car looks better than the day I got it. They even detailed the interior of my car a little... (I don't know if this is standard practice but I was super impressed with that). I will tell anyone and everyone to get their car done there and if I ever need work done again, Dave will be the first I call. Thank you Fix Auto!!!
