They were able to squeeze me in right before Christmas and help me with a tooth that had cracked. The dentist explained what she was doing every step of the way.

My visit to Welland Dental Care was amazing! Everyone was very nice, patient, experienced and professional, while still making me feel comfortable and well cared for. Everything during my appointment was explained to me and I was given choices on what I wanted to do to fix my dental issues, and all possible outcomes from my choices. Welland Dental Care is my only choice for all my dentistry needs in the future!

The dentist who expected to fit me for a crown, listened to me and did not dismiss my belief that there is a problem with the filling. He referred me to a specialist and within two hours I had an appointment for in a few weeks. Could not be more pleased and valued as your client.

I was terrified today going in to have teeth pulled and dentures put. I thought I’d never fall asleep but I did ty to my nurse. Ty very much to the doctor who made this a great experience anyone's who needs a great dentist please go there!!

I have been trying to get my husband help for 10 months thru this office first meeting with them October 2024. After the in office consult we were promised a call back once they reached out to his previous cancer team. Never heard back so I reached out again. Once again was told it would be checked into…no call back. I gave up for awhile but then I called again and was wrongly told they could not get info due to privacy act and that we would need to reach out to Juravinski to get the info which I did only to find out this was not true and that the office needed to send a treatment plan looking for clearance. I again called this dental office to relay this information and was told by the person that answered the phone that she would speak to someone in office as Dr Mancuso was away and get back to me…again no call back. It is now 10 months I have been trying to get my husband help and it has become obvious they don’t want to help him whether they don’t feel equipped and/or confident due to his past cancer treatments but please just say that. We finally gave up and moved on to another dental office and have made more headway in that one visit and have left with not only another appointment but a treatment plan and more importantly dignity and hope.
