Susan B. and the clerks enforcing parking are an embarrassment to the city hall. Reaching out to her for any inquiries is like taking to a wall. Isn't the city supposed to be helpful to the ones that live in it?.Utterly shameful when you realise what these staff only care about.
View on GoogleThe library was very nice place and cozy. They were good.
View on GoogleI would like to appreciate the work of Stephanie of the legal department and Christine for their dedication in working to deliver quality and professional services to the public. I had a very good experience working with these ladies and they provided information in a timely manner, and keeping me informed of any progress. Thank you for your service.
View on GoogleThe experience with the lady Susan working in law enforcement office is worse. I got a ticket in mail after a month and I never got the ticket on my dashboard, it was raining heavily on that, might due to weather I missed it. I called her, coz one extension going to her, I asked if you have picture of ticket sitting on dashboard, pls show me, she refused to show it on email, she said it's not in the law, I think she is making her own laws by sitting there. I drove from Hamilton to Welland to see that did actually I got. She said, you even out of the days to fight the ticket, it wasn't my fault, I never received the ticket at all. I been to the office today, and she was throwing papers on me, so awful 😭. I don't know what these kind of people are doing at the customer/ civilian service places. The attitude of Susan is so so bad...
View on GoogleI was approached by a gentleman, who was in a uniform, named Robert Pooley. He issued me a parking ticket for parking on my street between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM. Upon explaining that I had promptly found an alternative parking spot, I requested the ticket be reconsidered. Our interaction escalated, leading Robert to become visibly agitated, moving closer to me while raising his voice and using offensive language. Upon leaving, he made a disturbing insinuation, suggesting that he might return to my house after his work hours, indicating that he would take action when he's not in uniform. Unfortunately, this fell on deaf ears. I see this guy driving through my neighbour almost daily... when is he going to follow-up on his promises to visit me after work hours? It is sad/scary to be treated this way by your city representatives. Parking "Officer" R. Pooley - Friday, April 22, 2022 at 9:50 a.m.
