WD CRAFTLINE - showroom

Had windows installed in September 8, 2022 by this company. At first we were pleased at the price and how quickly they were installed. We started to notice the quality of the windows are very poor. Then with the colder weather we noticed more then normal condensation building up, weather stripping issues, defects in the glass. Then to top it all off in December 8, 2022 the window in our daughter’s room started leaking water from the top of the window. We called and the sales rep and the manager came to our home and the manager had the audacity to suggest the water was coming from a leak in a bathroom upstairs, which is impossible because we live in a bungalow there is no upstairs. We never had water leaking with our old windows as terrible as those windows were and there have been no changes to our roof or other structure since the windows were replaced so it is the window that is the problem. WD Craftline hasn’t contacted us since the sales rep and manager came. The install manager was supposed to come but never did and we have heard nothing from WD Craftline since December 8, 2022.
