November,2025 During my initial visit to this location of Niagara Falls Region Wayne Thompson Building for Minor Variance Signage pickup, I was impressed with the service. The staff on duty provided professional instructions and directions. Much appreciated and keep up the good work.

This is the temporary City of Niagara falls City hall ( there is a security guard as you walk in that makes you feel uncomfortable) I went to ask about my water bill and staff ask alot of unnecessary questions
