Wonderful company run by people who truly care about what they provide. They are very knowledgeable, prices are very fair, products are of high quality, and services are consistently professional. I've used them for over a decade and they've always delivered...looking forward to getting their help for another decade for all of our water related needs.

The young man who delivers here is the most friendly, smiling, accommodating person. We have difficulty handling full bottles so he puts them in place inside. That's service!!

I purchase my water filters from the Water Superstore Inc. and I am very pleased. I have also have them service my water filter system on a regular basis (maintenance). They are very friendly and did a great job. I would recommend them for all of your water needs.

Honestly love this business. When I lived in the area and drove in to get refills, I was always greeted with a smile. The staff would get to know you, acknowledge you by name, remember which water option you prefer, ask about a trip you mentioned that was coming up the last time you were there…just an amazing group of people. Now, after moving to the other end of the city, I take advantage of their delivery service! They’ll even send a reminder to your email to submit your order. (and boy do I need that reminder 😂) If you are looking for a water provider, these guys are it—hands down! 🎉

This store is conveniently located. It's spacious and clean, so I feel good about getting my water from here. Anybody can sell water, but it's the customer service that makes the experience, and this place has the best staff! They are friendly. They remember your name. And they remember to push the button so the door opens automatically when your hands are full. One young man who works there also offers to carry out my 2nd and/or 3rd bottles. This I appreciate so much as it saves me from struggling with the weight of the bottles, and reduces the number of trips to and from my car. He even does it in the winter! Much appreciated!
