Walmart Vision Centre

I recently visited this vision centre and had an excellent experience. The staff was extremely polite, respectful, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. They used five different machines to thoroughly check my eyes, and everything was done with great care and professionalism. I truly appreciated their attention to detail and the way they explained everything clearly. Highly recommend this centre to anyone looking for quality eye care and a smooth, well-organized service.

Been a customer for over 10 years and for good reason, the staff, the product, the customer service, and the prices. I have never been disappointed in any manner, They stand behind the product and the warranty. Seamless from picking frames to picking up and fitting or personal adjustments. A couple of years ago, I tried a new optometrist and their eye glasses shop. I was shocked at the sticker price, no fix for scratches, and they told me my husband's insurance would cover a portion, that was a lie! I will stick with Paul and Teri for my eye glasses needs. It's like visiting a friend and they care about my needs.

I bought my new glasses there, 2 pairs. It was a great deal and they had good brands too. The staff were so kind and helpful with helping me pick my new glasses, and billed my insurance so I didn’t have to pay. I also got contacts here and they took the time to answer all my questions and help me the entire time. Highly recommend this location super friendly!

I had a great experience at the Walmart Vision Center in Niagara Falls. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, making the whole process smooth from start . I was able to get an eye exam quickly, and the optometrist was thorough in explaining everything. I ended up buying a new pair of glasses that look great. I’d definitely recommend this location for anyone needing an eye exam or new glasses.

I never write reviews, but I truly had to today. Horrible experience. I went in with my Gucci glasses to get the frame expanded by a little, as they were tight on my face. The Optometrist took my glasses, heated the frames, and ultimately expanded it. BUT, the moment I wore them, I notice he melted the coating on my lens. When I wear my glasses now, the right side is blurry and there’s a finger print-like smudge (melted coating). His response to this? “Oh, just return it. Like I said there was a risk.” The fact these guys are considered professionals, it blows my mind. I’ve expanded my frames before at other clinics, and they cover the lens to protect it from the heat. The fact that was not considered, says a lot about their professionalism, in addition to the other comments/reviews written by other people.
