Overall, my experiences with this store has been positive, but as of today, I feel that came to a halt. I'm a single parent to an infant, and i have a visible physical impairment. I require a crutch to walk because I can't feel part of my leg, so yes, you can see i'm disabled. Part of my "healing/rehabilitation" journey comes with me learning how to manage everyday tasks without accessibility devices, including shopping carts. My son, like all other children, is still developing and learning to contain himself and "keep his hands to himself." Part of teaching him to do so means practicing in social and community environments, like stores. After several other attempts, including strapping him into a cart, today, we try a backpack w/ a leash. It starts off great so we head to the baby section, allllll the wayyyy at the back of the store, for pull-ups. Ultimately, we left that aisle with me (trying my best to) carry my son and two boxes of pull-ups. I BARELY made it to through the clothing section before i had to drop the boxes because they were ripping and slipping from my fingers. I saw a older lady, maybe in her 40-50s and of asian background (for description only), with a walmart jacket and called to her for help. I asked if she could help me get those 2 boxes to the self-checkout, maybe 15 ft away from us, for me. She had the nerve to leave me standing there, then to pick up the boxes for me and ask me why i can't push a cart. Ummmm... Excuse me? Nope. That's it. That crossed a line. It is rude, insulting, and frankily, indicates that she was full of assumptions she couldn't contain. She gave off "snobby manager" vibes and it was gross, a term i hate to use. I'm not obligated to justify every decision i make. You could see i needed help, and as an employee of Walmart, the bare minimum you can do is help a customer when they ask. You didnt even have the common sense to offer the help to begin with... I've since called the GM and left a voicemail. Their answer could change my prompts here, but as of right now, i'm disgusted by her behavior. (3 Weeks Later — Still No Callback.)
View on Google12/21/2025 check out at 16:03:53 TE 12 TR# 04401. Due to multiple back surgeries and a rotator cuff injury i use a mobility cart. Today was my first visit to this store and I will probably drive to St Catherine's or Niagara Falls in the future. While in the store I was having difficulty reaching some items. Twice I could see associates looking at me then looking away while I struggled. On 3 other occasions fellow shoppers helped me, usually my husband is with me. Then when I get to the register I put my bins up hoping the cashier would assist with packing but nope. I asked if she could help lift my bin into my basket, she said she couldn't get around. Another associate came to approve something for the cashier and I asked him for help which he did put the bin in. Then I asked if she could load my turkey, said again couldn't get around (customer in store put in my cart in the department). So I struggled to do it. The lady behind me came around and asked if she could help me. And said "aren't the cashiers supposed to pack this? Especially when is obvious your struggling?" I guess the cashier couldn't see this. The really crappy part? I twisted my back while doing this and then really struggled getting my groceries in my car. I expected to struggle but I also expected help when asked. I found the customer service beyond lacking. I have never experienced this at other Walmart stores. My husband is 99% of the time with me but it's Christmas, I needed to shop alone. Very disappointed. Edit: also I found the produce poor quality. The green grapes were covered in black spots. I tried to remove them from the bag but ended up not buying any. The celery was poor quality and you could see some had been cut away and were 1/2 the size of others. The onions were black in the 3 lb bags. I took the least damaged as I needed them.
View on Googlei have been going to this walmart forever, & walmart isn’t the problem it’s their staff member Wanda. i can’t believe they let her work with customers. i have had to deal with her two different times & both times i was absolutely flabbergasted on how unbelievably rude she is for no reason. she has the craziest attitude i have ever seen in my life. unprovoked too. don’t dare ask her a simple question because she will borderline yell at you. i won’t be purchasing from walmart if i see she is the worker. i cant believe they HIRED her with that attitude & then continue to let her interact with customers. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
View on GoogleThe staff is always friendly and helpful, which makes shopping here a pleasant experience. I also love that they’re starting to carry more international food options, it’s a great addition and very convenient. Definitely appreciate the improvements!
View on GoogleI do delivery for Walmart and their pickup staff is arrogant and no manners or no respect that how to talk with people which they need to learn first and that department managers and staff thinks they are the only big managers and owners of the Walmart. They don’t know how to pack groceries for customers and lots of time I have told to managers and staff that please don’t make bags heavy and keep Eggs separately but they don’t care and they put eggs also lots of the stuff. They don’t care for customers money and easily blames to delivery driver. Here’s I am going to attach some photos which shows their skills to pack the stuff. Lots of building has no elevator and have to take stairs and lots of elderly and handicapped people order more stuff, so they don’t have to keep ordering again and again because of no elevator, so, delivery person don’t get trouble again and again but no common sense while packing up. I have waited at this Walmart for over 30 minutes even orders were ready to pickup but they just keep me waiting because whenever I say truth, their attitude and ego hurts because they think they’re the owner of the Walmart and because of that they have banned lots of people. They behave with delivery driver like they’re paying for delivery drivers vehicle loan instalment, vehicle insurance and vehicle gas and they’re the only right people. I have spoken with store manager in the past and I am putting store managers but I had a wrong name some reason in my mind. I showed one picture to department manager today that what happen paper bags filled heavy, she has started arguing and then walked away by saying that they don’t listen and WAL-MART higher management don’t want them to use too many blue bags which I can understand but I was telling her about paper bags and she was disappeared. Their staff don’t wear name tags and they’re okay with that and looks like by ignoring store managers notes making store manager is just a simple person and they don’t care. I’m posting some pictures here today that what happened when they overfilled bag. Plus their ego hurts, so they don’t give order and just keeps you waiting even one hour also and they don’t care if order get delayed to customer also and that happened today also between 1:44pm to 3 pm and Store Manager can see camera at the spot number 15, right outside door .
