Walking On A Cloud

I have weird feet and always struggle to find good shoes, but the Assistant Manager at this location took her time to help me out, bringing me lots of different options and sizes to try on. She really knows her shoes.

Ty For NO Service!!!! Really if you hate your Job Quit...I intentionally asked if there was a store at the Outlet so We could Buy Shoes!!!! You Cared less....Went to the Outlet spoke with Staff Bought 3 Pairs of Shoes!!! We love ❤️ Walking on a Cloud" Wish You did...Staff at the Fairview Mall would rather Pretend your not there and Play on phone...Please Get a Different job...Your yellow shirt was as Disgusting as your Attitude...Maybe get rid of Staff at Fairview...TY to the Staff at the NOTL Outlet!!!

I got great deals at this location, very helpful and knowledgeable new manager, professional, dealt with my parents with absolute respect and care, this is rare now days.

Kat(or cat) provided me with outstanding customer service. She was kind, knowledgable, caring, and ended up recommending me a phenomenal product at a great price. I highly recommend shopping at walking on a cloud!

This store is usually last on my list to go to. Good quality shoes, but very highly priced. In regards to service, it would be helpful if employees can be personable and trained how to treat customers kindly if they accidentally wear their masks the wrong way. I try to avoid shopping online and support local businesses, but maybe online shopping is the way to go?
