I visited to drop off my Garbage on Saturday around 11:30 AM. It was open and not a lot of people. It was a pleasant experience.

Please update your Google map business hours. It says you’re open for Saturday but was closed when I arrived on Saturday November 29, 2025 around 2:30 pm. there were others there too but left because it says that you were open. Because of your lack of attention to update your hours, you caused us wasted travelled time, effort and money

Update your hours . Sitting for over an hour waiting this morning in a lineup of other cars who made the same trip . Online says open at 7. but the gate says 8. Dump closes scales early every day anyway , now to move the hours and not post about it online is poor business practice . 0 stars if I could as we are sitting here losing money

John likes to close the dump extra early, before the times posted. If you were used to getting the before the posted closing of 5pm and using the dump forget about it and reasonable wait times, forget about that. The new supervisor John shuts down early and runs trucks through at a snails pace. Slow and unreasonable. Let hope they can get someone running the Walker gate back on track.

I have made several trips to this dump, and multiple times they closed earlier than their posted hours — sometimes by an hour or more. Each time, I loaded up my personal family car with household garbage, drove all the way there, and was turned away because they decided to close early for random reasons like being “busier than usual” or because “the wind was a bit stronger than normal.” After being refused, I had to drive back, unload all the garbage again, use the car for daily life — taking care of my kids, shopping, and regular errands — and later reload an even bigger amount of garbage to try again. This endless cycle is frustrating and exhausting. The garbage keeps piling up, and my family car, which is meant for everyday life, is constantly being loaded and unloaded because they randomly shut down whenever they feel like it. This level of unreliable service is absolutely unacceptable.
