a very responsible and through doctor. A doctor with high principles. his secretary is great too

If you enjoy your personal time wasted, go see Dr. Waler. He will make sure you wait for well over an hour, if not two hours AFTER your alloted appointment time. Waler crams as many people into his day as possible, so OHIP sends him a nice cheque at the end of the year. And as you wait for Dr. Waler to call on you, you will see other patients (for the other doctor) quickly be done with their scheduled ON TIME appointments. If you have high blood pressure, Dr. Waler will certainly give you higher blood presser than you are accustomed to. Be prepared, and bring a lunch (or dinner) along with you... You will need it!

My father's doctor is Dr Waler. He's kind, compassionate and really really takes the time to listen. Since becoming my father's caregiver I've had to deal many times with Dr Waler and I just cannot say enough about this amazing man.
