This company are compete cowboys. They never return our calls. They quoted for building a 5000sq ft greenhouse and I believe they simply subcontracted it to another party. The standard of workmanship is appalling and we sent them a full report listing the deficiencies of the build which they simply ignored despite Stella the CEO and Peter attending on site and promising they would rectify it all. Since that meeting we have had seen no one and they have ignored all our calls. We have water leaks and the unit is unusable and is eight months behind schedule. We have had no choice but to search for other contractors to finish the job and will now be starting a legal action against VRE. I believe they have not paid the sub contractor despite us having paid them in full!! Do not touch this company with a barge poll!!!

We have dealt with VRE systems garden center structures and retail structures for expansion this year. Product qaulity plus the exceptional customer care we received unparalleled. Our area technical sales manager Robbert Gabbidon made us fully satisfied with his business expertise and customer relationship building. Very responsive and always followed through the order taking,, visiting the site, reviewing the material and delivery. We think these are great qualities when it comes to business and we never thought look around after we started dealing with Robert and his team at VRE. We also mentioned Olivia from accounting department very helpful and promptly serviced throughout the process. Garden center got way better looking and spacious with VRE systems products and services. We recommend this company for anyone looking for structures for your retail business and looking forward working with VRE for our future needs.

Customer service is by far the worst I have ever felt with for any company. Stay as far away from these "professionals" as possible!!! If you call and get David as your rep, hang up, call back, and pray that you get a better rep.
