Absolutely loved staying at the Vittoria. It's situated right beside all the amusements making walking distance a breeze. Can't say how friendly and jokie the staff is making our visit such a pleasant experience. Hotel looks to have been recently renovated including the rooms showing in a very clean state.

Would I stay here again: yes! We were greeted warmly by friendly staff. You’re able to unload the vehicle right at the front door, you’re given about 20 minutes grace. The room we had was a single King size bed, 10th floor, facing Clifton Hill and had amazing views. One thing to note if you’re arriving to Niagara early - go as early as possible to buy your parking pass for the on site parking lot. We checked in at 8:30pm and they had sold out of those on site parking passes by 3pm. My only negative experience would be the snow filled off site parking. It was pretty chaotic with people parking in the middle of nowhere because not all of the spots had been plowed. About 1/3 of the spots were half plowed, which forced people to get creative with their parking. The walk back to the hotel would probably be no problem. But during the winter, the city had failed to plow the sidewalk. So you’re forced to walk down the street, and it was pretty busy and kind of dark at night. This is likely not a common occurrence. But still worth mentioning.

Here is the revised version with “third-party” substituted cleanly and professionally: ⸻ My boyfriend and I decided to do a little staycation, which isn’t always easy since I work in hospitality and time off can be hard to come by. On a bit of a spur-of-the-moment decision, we booked a trip to Niagara Falls and chose to stay at our longtime favourite, Victoria Hotel and Suites. We booked through a third-party platform and had no issues at all with the reservation process. Check-in was seamless thanks to William at the front desk, who was incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. He made sure all of our accommodations were properly accounted for and took the time to explain everything clearly, which was much appreciated. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic stay. It’s clean, well organized, and the rooms are beautiful—especially now that the renovations have been completed. The property offers great amenities, including a pool, and everything feels refreshed and well maintained. I haven’t had the chance to try the restaurant since it recently opened, but it’s definitely on our list for a future visit. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Niagara Falls.

I’ve stayed at here several times, and it’s always been a solid experience. The biggest advantage is the location — it’s one of the best if not the best in Niagara Falls. You’re close to everything, which makes a huge difference, especially if you want to walk instead of drive. The hotel itself is fairly basic, but in a good way. It’s clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. It’s not a budget motel, but it’s also not a luxury resort — it sits right in the middle. There’s a pool, room service, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Because of the location, pricing, and overall consistency, I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. It’s a great option if you want convenience, value, and a reliable place to stay in Niagara Falls

I recently stayed at Vittoria Hotel & Suites in Niagara Falls with my family and had a positive experience overall! The location is fantastic — just steps from Clifton Hill and within easy walking distance of so many restaurants, attractions, and entertainment spots, making it great for first-time visitors. Location & Convenience The hotel is right in the heart of the action, which means you don’t need to rely on transportation to see the best of Niagara Falls and nearby fun. It's perfect for exploring the area on foot. Rooms & Comfort Rooms are clean, comfortable, and modern, with amenities like a mini-fridge, coffee maker, flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi — all of which made our stay enjoyable. Hotel Amenities The hotel offers nice extras like a heated indoor pool( it was not warm enough but it was also a very cold period as there was a blizzard and the temps were feeling like -16 outside), hot tub, fitness centre, and on-site restaurant, which are great conveniences. The hot tub states only for 5 people and the pool 10 people max. That was not the actual case but i did not mind personally. Staff & Service Staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, with smooth check-in and a warm overall feel. Things to Know Parking and breakfast are additional costs, so be prepared for extra fees if you want those services.Limited toiletries as we rented the room that 6 people could stay. We called and they promptly brought us all we needed. The bath towels are very tiny and they did not have larger towels available. I was told to take towels from the pool area if needed.
