It was a great experience. The staff was very well informed, knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. Sarah was a great help in explaining all the equipment and helping me make the correct choice.

These people are absolute scams. The government shouldn’t even be paying the portion to them as they’re very misleading. They double charge on a service plan to set up unit which other companies do it when you buy the unit !!! stay away from these people. Also they charge a consultation fee if $400 for a service plan fee and what a joke I reported you to the BBB

This is the first time I used the CPAP machine and i was a bit nervous on how it worked. Sarah was so delightful. She explained everything. Because of her patience and warm personality, I felt less anxious. Thank you Sarah

We contacted vitality when a family member's CPAP broke. Sarah was awesome. The whole staff worked and worked trying to help us solve this issue. Alas, it appeared we needed a new machine. The family member is elderly and could not remember the info required. They set us up with a course of action to assist us. In 3 days we had a rental. When we get approval from the Doctor for sleep clinic we will be buying the new CPAP from there. Thanks again for all the help and advice we received. MB

While visiting my Mom today at Linhaven Regional Long-Term Care Home in St. Catharines I met Christine, one of the oxygen nurses from your company. She was very personable, kind, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I appreciated the time she took with me explaining things and look forward to hopefully seeing her again
