Vision Clinic | Ontario St.

Book appointment for 9am. Doctor had not showed up by 9.10am. No reasons, no comments. Just would you like to re-book? Not if you can't be on time for the 1st appointment of the day.

My mother visited the Vision Clinic on Ontario St. in early January 2026 to purchase new frames using lenses she had bought elsewhere. After choosing frames, she left her lenses with the staff. She was later told they could not proceed without a deposit and a signed waiver, so she returned to retrieve her lenses. When she picked them up, one of the lenses was chipped along the edge. Replacing the lenses will cost approximately $1,000, and the damage now limits her to smaller frames. Vision Clinic did not make any glasses for her; instead, her lenses were damaged while in their care. Because of this experience, we would not recommend Vision Clinic on Ontario St.

I had an amazing experience from the time I walked in the door until I picked up my glasses less than 10 days later. From the eye exam to working with Nicole and picking out my glasses and sunglasses; I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend the Vision Clinic on Ontario St. St. Catharines! Thank you Nicole!!

Wonderful experience! I needed glasses that fit my face and were comfortable first and foremost. There is a large selection of glasses here that I could choose from! Both pairs were ready ahead of time. Very happy

The staff were very helpful without being pushy. They tailored a deal to my needs. That were ready to apply the cost to my benefits program - if I had one. And when I can to pick them up - they fitted my new and my old glasses to my face. I WILL BE BACK!
