Vision Clinic | Grimsby

This is my first time going to Grimsby Vision Clinic. It was an absolutely fantastic experience. Dr. Hu was fabulous. When it came time for mine and my daughter's turn to view and buy our glasses I cannot tell you how exceptional both ladies were. They were so professional and happy and extremely helpful. It really was a very pleasant experience to have the ladies help us through the plan. I would recommend this clinic to all. I will never go anywhere else now that I have been there!!

Fantastic experience! The optometrist was very patient, taking as much time as needed to make sure we had the right prescription, and explaining everything along the way. The retail team was equally excellent - with honest feedback as I tried on dozens of pairs of glasses! Definitely recommend!

When customer service in general is losing in this digital world the Grimsby Vision Clinic is hands down the best in customer service and vision care. The optometrist is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain exactly what is happening with my eyes. The service to purchase glasses and the speed and friendliness of the staff with follow up calls and helpfulness is the best I have experienced in a very long time! Keep on doing what you are doing!

Experience started with friendly, knowledgeable and expert advice. The process to have my glasses set up for my new prescription was modern and impressive. Many options available to find the quality and features of lenses that suit my needs. Lastly, the after sales support to ensure my new glasses fit me the way I liked was super helpful. Even though this is my first set of glasses with Vision Clinic, every time I walk in, they make me feel welcome and comfortable as if I have been coming here for years. Would highly recommend!
