Excellent service from first point of contact! Sam the optician was very helpful, kind, and professional. She took her time with me and helped me choose the right glasses and sunglasses. Her suggestions were spot on for the shape of my face and the fit was perfect. Having transitions is a game changer, she did accurate measurements and I am more than pleased with how well I am adjusting. I believe it was her accuracy and attention to detail. I gave her a big hug for being so helpful. Excellent clinic. Thank you to everyone too, great team of people, great clinic.

We had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Edger Orlando Oliva during our visit on March 10, 2025. He was extremely rude and showed no patience with our 8-year-old daughter. We explained that she was scared when he used the machine to examine her eyes, but he dismissed our concerns, saying he didn’t have time to wait for her to calm down due to her speech difficulties. Unfortunately, this was the second time he had been impolite to our daughter, which led us to the decision to seek care elsewhere. On a positive note, the rest of the staff were kind and professional
