I took my 83 year old dad to get a phone. We had the pleasure of meeting Eren. I can honestly say that I don't think that I ever had such amazing customer service. Eren was personable, patient, extremely knowledgeable and kind. He listened to my dad's needs and set him up with a phone that was perfect for him. He took the time to explain everything, often needing to repeat himself due to my dad being hard of hearing and smiled as he did this. On top of this he laminated a piece of paper with important information that my dad kept in his wallet. All by his own offering! What an amazing associate and person! The plan my dad got was an amazing deal too! Thank you Eren! Thank you Virgin!

Kyle and Carlos are both very professional, and fun. They're knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. Kyle did a tip top job with getting my new phone set up, canceling the old contract and applying my trade in to my new phone. Hope they're still around next time I upgrade (if they want to be, of course :P)

Even though I wasn't able to be served until about 20 minutes before close (they were busy), Kyle S stayed and set up a new phone for me without hesitation. He was informative and thorough and his customer service skills are A1. It's why I keep going back.
