Very disappointed. Rooms are extremely run down and old. Incredibly hot and air conditioner is not the best. This hotel use to be great. This is the family suite!! This was supposed to be an upgrade. Sheets are old and rough. Plenty of towels are supplied and bathroom is ok. Tub has many chips in it. This place needs major renovations.

I recently stayed at Clifton Victoria Inn and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and well maintained, which made our stay comfortable from the moment we arrived. The hotel has a slightly older style, but it’s well kept and has its own charm. The staff were especially helpful and welcoming throughout our visit. They were always ready to assist with any questions and made sure everything went smoothly. Renovations are currently ongoing, which is actually a positive sign that the property is being upgraded and improved. Despite the updates in progress, our stay was not negatively affected. Overall, it’s a clean, comfortable hotel in a great location with friendly and supportive staff. A reliable choice for anyone visiting Niagara Falls.

This place was our go to when we come to Niagara Falls. We stayed here for 2 nights and this was a terrible experience from start to finish. The only positives are the location near the water park, free parking, and a decent breakfast. That was it. The 4th, 5th and 6th floor was closed and was over crowded on both days that we were there. The hotel were extremely rundown, overcrowded, and poorly maintained by the management. It’s always packed, which makes it even more frustrating that the management didn't seem to take care of the place properly or at least the basic maintenance or cleanliness. The staffs were grumpy all the time with no smiles. Our room looked and felt neglected with very out dated chairs and the bed had broken springs, no microwave, cracks in the ceiling, and a strong room freshener odour that felt like it was being used for deeper hygiene issues. The cleanliness was bad throughout the 2 day stay. Overall condition made us uncomfortable and constantly second-guess how clean anything actually was. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere till they bring this place back like how it used to be.

First the negative This hotel is old and in need of updates. There are bald spots on the carpet, wrinkles in the wallpaper, duct tape in a couple spots. Now the positive But it's clean and regularly tended. The hotel design is interesting, with the common space between two buildings and having the impression of being outside on a street. There is a small pool (with a pretty neat blue light) and a sauna in the common area, a glass-doored elevator, and balconies that open up inside onto the common area. All of this makes it an interesting experience and a load of fun for kids. The breakfast is a touch above Continental and there is a microwave in the common space which means you can heat up your own leftovers whenever you want. Or popcorn for movie night. The biggest feature, though, is the waterpark pass. You can get a family of four into the water park for the better part of 2 days for around the same price as a normal hotel room. All in all it's a great family experience. We've been coming here yearly for the past several years and have no intention of stopping.

Great location and we loved the water park. The layout of the family room was excellent but, as previous commenter mentioned, the decor is very very old and in dire need of refreshing. The rugs are torn and loose and the curtains are stained, and the main room light was broken, but the room itself was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The cleaning staff we encountered were all incredibly pleasant and helpful and were hard at work cleaning but they can only do so much with the state of the hotel. At the end of the day the price was good for the location, room size, water park access and free parking
