After visiting the store on Tuesday night and not making a purchase, I returned with my husband on another night when one of the girl was working solo. she warmly remembered me and offered fantastic assistance. Her kindness, patience, and expertise shone through as she helped us explore options. What impressed me most was her dedication to providing top-notch service, even when busy. We left feeling valued and satisfied. Highly recommend

She took the time to show me all the options and helped me find the perfect one. The staff's excellent customer service really made my shopping experience stand out. Visited last month, pretty nice & interesting collection on the shop, bought few stuff , shop staff (two sisters) were very sweet and helpful to us. We had a good experience.

Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a a retail store. 4 of us came in shopping for some sweaters. Like anywhere else on this planet, people usually like to try on the stuff before buying, especially when it’s a little overpriced due to touristy area, and also not being from the area. The gentleman on the sale floor was giving us the dirtiest looks, I don’t know if it’s because we were speaking in Spanish, but he looked very disturbed by our presence….Then we had the “pleasure” to meet the manager… she bluntly asked us in the rudest way to pls let her help us because we were messing up her store!!! She reeked of marijuana, looked disheveled and was completely unprofessional. A RETAIL STORE IS NOT SUPPOSE TO LOOK LIKE A MUSEUM!!!! AND IF YOU’RE TOO LAZY TO WORK BECAUSE YOU’RE TOO HIGH TO DO SO, STAY HOME!!!! BUT DON’T MAKE COSTUMERS FEEL HORRIBLE FOR TRYING ON CLOTHING, BECAUSE IT’S ACTUALLY A NORMAL THING!!!!

“I” got this shirt last Thursday. “I” believe it was a great purchase. A real Canadian shirt made from heavy cotton. “I” was so excited that “I” gave it to my visiting cousins to take back home. They were very grateful. Both for the shirt and for the chance to see “Nagara on the Lake”. Such a majestic place. Forgive the sarcasm. After paying $20 for the shirt, I’m just glad the “I” wasn’t included in “Nagara”. It might have increased the price to $30
