Trillium is my local go-to retailer when I need safety supplies same day. Selection is great, online orders are generally ready for pick up within a couple hours and the service from Chad and Ryan is fantastic.

To elaborate on why I have given this store a 1 store rating, when I walked in to the store, there was one man at the register speaking to a woman, and another man on the computer. I assumed they were both busy, so I waited a few feet away from the counter, waiting for one of them to be available. 5-10 minutes went by, and neither of them acknowledged me, they did not even say hi to me. Eventually a male customer walked into the store and lined up behind me. The man speaking to the woman called out to the man behind me and asked him if he needed assistance. Another 10 minutes or so another male customer came in and lined up behind me. The other man behind the computer called behind me to him and asked him for assistance. After this customer was assisted, I went up to the employee behind the computer, stood directly in front of him, and all he said to me was "hey" and then continued to ignore me. I said "Hi, how are you?" and he said "good" and continued on his computer. I then said my company sent me to try on safety harnesses and to pick up a lanyard, and I was here to see someone. Only then did he finally acknowledged that I wasn't just standing in front of the counter for no reason. Finally I received service. I felt this experience was very unprofessional and embarrassing. Not at anytime in the 20 or so minutes that I waited to be assisted was I acknowledged, not even with a greeting or being asked if I needed assistance. Perhaps the employees felt it was acceptable to ignore me being a small female and felt it more important to provide assistance to the men that lined up behind me, but I feel these actions were discriminatory. Furthermore I asked for a xs falls arrest harness to be told there weren't any. I googled xs falls arrest harness and automatically found one on Tenequip made by MSA. This is not a store I will ever return to, nor will I ever recommend it.

Great Place for all your construction needs, helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are better then your local hardware store.
