I'm very grateful for the kindness the staff showed my puppy and I after my puppy had a dental accident. Thank you for accommodating us.

Rating them only 5 star is an insult to how incredible they are. 100 star! Dr. Sharon Saxon-Buri and team are the real deal. Wish I started going here sooner. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best of the best.

There is great parking convenient online appointment scheduling, and the staff inside are absolutely professional, friendly, and no all about pets. I especially appreciate the veterinarian who took care of our Ridley so kindly and gently despite the fact that she’s 110 pounds thank you for your good care.!

The staff are incredibly kind and empathetic. Our boy, The Dude, is in palliative maintenance due to Lynphoma. A shocking diagnosis that my husband and I never anticipated. The staff is doing all they can to make sure he is happy and comfortable for as long as he wants to continue fighting. They even called to check on him! I've never once received a call from my doctor to see how I'm feeling! They take great care to not stress him out and to ensure every moment is as pleasant as possible.

We've been going to Port Colborne Animsl Hospital for years and the staff has always been fantastic. Just recently we had bring our 13 year old cat, Buzz, in for end of life. While this was a difficult decision to come to the vet (sorry I forgot her name) was very supportive and compassionate. Reassuring us that Buzz was in pain and it was only going to get worse. During the "process" she didn't rush us, allowed us to take the time we needed to say our goodbyes. It was certainly a difficult time, but her support made it a lot easier.
