Called told them I was looking to switch providers I'm currently with Bell they gave me a price of $90 for Internet at 120 at I'm paying $65 with bell thought you were supposed to be cheaper then she tried to give me some excuse I couldn't get it because they don't use certain cable lines and I would have to have a certain coax cable and I told her yeah a Cogeco coax cable then she changed her tune and asked me my address seems like they don't care if they get customers oh well on to the next one

Over the last few months we’ve been having connection issues with our internet dropping. I want to give STEPHANIE who works on Saturdays a GOLD STAR - this woman deserves a raise! My husband and her were in the phone for hours troubleshooting, and Stephanie took steps to explain deeply why things may not be working. She connected to Cogeco to do like checks and followed up with us throughout the day. She promised she would not leave her shift without a call and of course we got the call AND Stephanie stayed past her shift end to help over the phone! She was such a lovely voice and dealt with our concerns professionally and empathetically- I hope Stephanie’s manager sees this - she is amazing and we are so grateful to have been connected to her.

As a Customer for over 5 years now this company deserves their “Flowers”. The front staffers, too all the tech support staffers have always been professional and great the few times, I have had to call in and get some troubleshooting guidance. I truly “appreciate each and every one of them I have had the pleasure communicating with, when needed . I do hope the owners & upper Management, reads this and knows all their Staff! are absolutely wonderful and have always helped Me over time!.
