Vaultra Storage - Niagara Falls

I had an excellent experience storing my car at Vaultra Storage Niagara Falls over the winter. From start to finish, the team was extremely professional, organized, and easy to work with. The process was smooth, communication was clear, and they made everything simple and stress-free. The facility is clean, secure, and very well maintained, which gave me complete peace of mind leaving my vehicle there for the season. It’s clear they take pride in how they operate and in providing quality service to their customers. I’ll definitely be storing my car here every year moving forward. Staff here is amazing!..Friendly and helped get us a better deal in person based on our needs than was offered online. Facility is CLEAN, NO issues w rodents or bugs. We've used a couple of different companies over the years and Vaultra has by far been the best. Used them twice now and highly recommend them.

Michelle and Jaime were very professional and friendly. It was our first time using a storage unit and they explained everything to us making the procedure a simple one. The security of the unit itself, the access to it and cleanliness resulted in us trusting that our belongings were safe and secure.

This place is fantastic, clean, easy access and the BEST staff I have ever come across. Michelle and Jamie are the nicest ladies. They went out of their way for us, and during a tough situation, they had us in and out, and laughing till there were tears. Worth SO much more than 5 stars!!!! I can't recommend this place enough!!!!!!
