Excellent place. They have a huge variety of flavors and everything is very well organized. The person who helped me in the morning was very friendly and professional. They’re also super punctual with their service. Overall, a really great experience — highly recommended.

I bought iqos iluma online from them (my first time order from them )but received broken device . The battery can't be charging and battery leaking .. and case show flash red light sent them email.fb.ig picture and video . No reply . . . . I also encountered it for the first time, selling a broken machine to a customer and then asking the customer to claim compensation from the original factory. I don't know why there were so many five-star phones and the email still didn't reply after two days.

I had such a great experience with Justin at the vape store! He’s super knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, helping me find exactly what I needed. He’s friendly, patient, and really knows his stuff, which made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. It’s obvious he cares about customer service and making sure you leave happy. Highly recommend asking for Justin if you’re visiting the shop!

Great experience here! Justin was super helpful and the shop has a huge selection of disposables and juices, including seasonal options like pumpkin spice for fall. Love their dessert flavors. The store is clean, organized, and welcoming—and the loyalty program is worth signing up for!
