I started visiting this store a about 8 months ago, and I initially walked in knowing absolutely nothing about vapes and was extremely overwhelmed by the variety of products inside. From the very first visit, every staff member has been extremely kind, patient and accommodating! They are always willing to take the time to explain anything and everything I asked about, I really couldn't wish for better customer service!

The owner is super welcoming and nice! The prices are really good too! This is definitely the place to get vapes in the Niagara area!

Just be careful. This store has a very strict and heavy handed no return policy. I bought what I thought was a purple vape but turned out to be pink. Store clerk tried to gaslight me saying it was purple but I know my colours. It's pink. I learned that in kindergarten. Don't care what the label says. Someone over at UWELL/CALIBURN is colourblind. because I opened the box she would not allow me to exchange it. Still had all the packaging material and product was sealed in plastic packaging. Just feel the policy is a little consumer unfriendly and lame. The product was perfectly sell-able. who cares if the box is open? Just put some tape on it. Not how I would do business. If I had used the product or even just opened the plastic I would understand. Annoyed because the owner really is a nice guy and I wanted to support this business. It's so close to home too. Will have to figure something else out.

Lots of good sales and an honest business. Feels good knowing hutz can help me decide between vape flavours. Also has other smoking paraphernalia Will definitely return again! Open 8am to 10pm.
