Vape4U Vape Store St. Catharines

I called to ask about a few products on their website and was told either the product is double the price then what’s listed on their site or they didn’t have it. They advertise themselves as having the lowest prices but the products cost the same as any other store around here. The website lists many dispos from $12-20, I was interested in a $15 dispo with 14ml of e-liquid and was told the cheapest dispo they carry is $20 with only 2ml of e-liquid.

Been a regular customer here for a year now. Picked up a 50 dollar disposable, lasted me maybe 10 puffs before it suddenly stopped working. I was told to bring it in and "we will do right by you since you're a regular customer" when I got in they told me the best they can do is 3 dollars off. Thanks but no thanks. I'll take my business elsewhere going forward.

Came here for the first time today and was served by Jay. Super friendly and helpful and went above and beyond for me ! I got offered samples which was incredibly awesome as I got to try some new products and flavors so that was really awesome 🙏 Clean store and lots to choose from as well ! Not to mention they had just what I needed and a good selection as well. Thank you so much for your help and giving me a positive experience and making me feel welcome in your store Jay ! See you again next time soon! I would recommend this store to anyone curious about it !
