Staff is friendly and very helpful with suggestions. Also I’m not sure why other reviews state no parking.. there is plenty of parking.. if you’re a paying customer that is ☺️

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PUSHY STAFF THAT UPSELL AND MAKE SUGGESTIONS FOR HIGHEST PRICE VAPES WITHOUT EVEN VAPING THEMSELVES JUST SO THEY CAN MAKE MOST PROFIT. I come to this store to purchase vapes approximately every 3-5 days and I spent about $100-$150 each time. I always get the same brand of vape but an employee Anurag was pushing me to buy this more expensive brand and telling me how great they are and that they are premium etc. I had reservations but he pushed and pushed until I decided to try it. He told me to open it in the store and try it so I did. Within a few minutes I realized it was giving me a terrible headache and so I let him know and asked if there was a way to switch it or if I could have some sort of discount to purchase the brand I originally wanted. He told me there is nothing he can do. I assumed that him telling me to open it and try it meant that if I didn’t like it then I could pick another one, since this was before I checked out. I then asked if he could call the owner to explain and see if they can do something for me since I am a regular, longstanding customer supporting the business since they opened. He refused and told me that he would lose his job if he called the owner and that he is busy because he owns 2 stores. I asked when the owner would be in next so I could speak to him myself and he also refused to give me that information. He then also told me that he doesn’t vape… so maybe don’t be pushy with suggestions when you have no personal experience! I will not be returning to buy anything from the store again, terrible experience. If he had just even given me $20 off the new vape then you would have kept my business. In the long run, you have now lost much more than $20.

Morning guy is the nicest guy I have ever met at a vape spot, Fire spot with great collection of Disposables and E-juices! Highly recommended!

I just upgraded from an old school vape. To one of these disposable, the ones with a battery, very interesting works. Good, so far. And the gentleman I talked to at the store, very nice to talk to you. It's got a great deal going on by 2 pods. Get a free battery. Definitely, go in and talk to him.
