Every time I go inside , it’s very pleasant. The workers are lovely to talk to , sometimes I’ll just stop in just to say hey, doesn’t take much to be nice and make someone’s day!

Great store, with great people. I usually only interact with the same 2 people, must just be the time and day that I go there. Always polite, helpful and courteous. Offering suggestions based on flavours Ive bought before if the one I like is sold out. Always go above and beyond. Great place. Highly recommend.

Poor service. Bought a uwell em2 from you a few weeks ago. Asked the man working if you will be stocking the pods for it for a while, "yeah I would think so we just got it in September" he said. Came in today and asked for two boxes of 6 ohm pods. Paid and drove home. Looked at my pods and I see he gave me 3 ohm. Guess I'll drive back. I go in and tell him he gave me the wrong ones and he says that's all we have (not "sorry I sold you something that wasn't specifically what you asked for") I asked you stock the 6 ohm tho generally right? No he said And when I asked isn't that weird, to not stock the supporting pods for a brand new device you're selling? He said no we do that for other devices as well (as if to explain a bad practice/behaviour by citing examples other bad practices/behaviours) And gave me a refund for the pods. At no point was there any remorse for the experience (except for my own) So now I cannot use the device you sold me a month ago. Thanks.

The girl working today 9/30/2025 was so rude, literally useless for help. Had my receipt for a bad battery ( you have to hold the charger in place for it to get any charge if you let go of the cord it instantly falls out) and she’s acting like I’m dumb and holding the cord in the device saying well can’t give you a new one cause it still charges, told her to let the charger cord go and see what happens and she just goes nope can’t help if it still charges. Manager hope you see this cause every time we go here she’s awful to deal with so rude. Won’t be going back here
