Vape Cove (Downtown, St. Catharines)

Asked for a particular flavour which I knew I've bought here before and the guy snobbishly told me that they've never sold that here before. I know for a fact that they did... could have just told me no they don't carry that anymore. But hey some people just don't have customer service skills or general people skills... Will not be going back here... MY ADVICE: Go to VapouRevolution down the street, those guys are the best :))) never had an issues with them and they're super nice too. Unlike these uneducated know it alls.

Love the staff. Only issue is stocking my particular product. The Trifecta in-house brand is not always available and the time between Sold Out and available is too significant. Apart from that…… great place to get what you need.

Came in yesterday afternoon looking for one item which they unfortunately didn’t have which was okay. Staff member working became very hostile and was very rude all of a sudden. After trying to see if I wanted something else she had made a rude comment about the vape I use and led on with lots of attitude! Myself and my partner were very nice and kept our calm the whole time but management should really teach her some customer service…

My go to! Best customer service, and amazing selection of juices. Fast shipping online as well to boot. Will recommend everyone to give them a try.
