Had my hair done here on Wednesday and wow! Everyone was so great you feel like part of the family. Hands down the best salon in Niagara and my hair perfection. I’ve never had such care and focus on making sure I look top notch. If you can get time with Gabby you won’t be disappointed. Perfect work every time. If I don’t die before she retires I’m going bald!!!

Vanity salon is professional and the staff welcoming! My impression is that the owner nurtures a neighbourhood community feeling which I found enjoyable. Unfortunately, my particular stylist appeared to steadily lose interest with each of our appointments. He cut and coloured my hair for approximately 1.5 years. I get it: colouring and cutting the hair of older women may not be inspiring. I specifically was not seeking dramatic or exciting changes to my image. However, my regular aesthetic services and hair appointments are important to me. Not so much to my stylist. With each appointment he got sloppier, faster, less communicative, rougher, skimpier and lazier. I felt like he took my money and expended the least effort possible. It had nothing to do with the price either. I will not return and I think he should not either!

My wife took our 10-year-old daughter in for a haircut — and she really didn’t want one. But Hayley was incredible. She gave her a beautiful cut and made the whole experience so positive that our daughter came home beaming. Her exact words to me: “So Vanity is my salon now. I’m not going anywhere else. I love Hayley and only she can cut my hair.” Can’t say enough great things about Hayley, Vito, and the entire team. Amazing people, great atmosphere, and truly top-notch service!
