Value Muffler & Brake Centre - Auto Servicing, Repair Shop in Niagara Falls

I have been taking my car to Value Muffle & Brake for several years and every time I go I am always welcomed with friendly staff. Today I went because the front end of my car was shaking as I got it up to speed on the highway. They noticed I had 2 tie rod issues. Luckily for me both are under warranty and I was told everything but the alignment would be covered! Best news I’ve heard in a long time. While my car is being fixed today they even brought me back home! Thank you to all the staff at Value Muffler & Brake for all your help and for always treating me fairly. They are honest when it comes to giving you an estimate and they are there for you! Friendly, welcoming and courteous service ever!

I took my Volkswagen Jetta 2011 to this shop because I couldn’t get under car to see what part of my muffler had come apart. . The son of owner took my car into shop looked to see that 4 bolts had come loose one was still holding the gasket which was hanging there . On the flexible manifold where it meets the solid muffler . He knew that it only needed four new nuts and bolts. The gasket was fine to repair the car amd he told me that I was looking at 550$ to start amd that he needed to look further into it cause there might be further work required. . Thinking I would believe it was a cracked manifold needing tapping work etc ! Can you believe this starting at $550 dollars . So I took my car to my friends shop he put it in the lift and we together could see that the car only needed the 4 nuts and bolts replaced . He thought I thought it was a major manifold issue so he could try to rob me of starting at $550 estimate ! Do not go near this place unless you like being lied to and robbed .

Brought in my son’ s vehicle and explained that the rubber boot on right front control arm ball joint basically missing so no grease in joint and left side boot cracked. Also there is a muffler leak like a flange somewhere and he couldn’ t find the leak. Neither of these were fixed after explaining the boots at ball joint/ contol arms . Even I could see the entire rubber boot is not there and left side a crack. Not sure why my reason for coming to your shop was not fixed even after I asked again about the rubber boots and said it was tire rods on both side. The muffler leak is at the pipe and manifold , also not fixed cause he did’ t see a problem. Not good business to do business like this especially a new customer whom I would think would want to return.
