Valet Car Wash (South St. Catharines)

Probably the biggest scam of a car wash I’ve ever seen $33 for a car wash with a code that the car wash was the exact same if it was $22 or $30 or $33 put my card through Automated system four times Had to Have the attendant come out to get it through. It would only take my credit card now. I have to call my credit card company because I feel I’m going to be ripped off. Want to use their vacuums they did not suck at all probably the worst vacuums ever. I talked to the kid about it. He goes well. It’s a free vacuum. I’m like no it’s not. I paid $33 for a car wash plus tax or 29.99+ tax. I apologize for the error. I went inside ask the kid about cleaning the inside. He goes. Oh that’s not part of the car wash OK I’ve never seen that before. Basically, if you wanna waste your money and go to a terrible car wash, this would be it. This is by far the worst car wash probably all around St Catherine’s. You’re better off to let a four year-old wash your car. It would be a better job Truth Hurts but this place sucks. Your response is just another lie. You are ripping your non regular customers off. You employee response sums up the type of company you are. It’s shameful you’re in business at all.

I saw the high google reviews and decided to give it a go. I got the superior package, but it was done very poorly. There was still dust in very obvious spots and on the door trim there was still salt stain like it wasn't even wiped. For $70 tax in I was expecting a little more effort. Valet contacted me to resolve the situation so I went it again to have them do it again. This time it was spotless and they deserved every star from the start to the end..

I always Love a Clean vehicle…….I Love the fact I can get a wash every day of the week if I Like………so convenient and even if there are 20 cars in line…..it’s only a 10 minute maximum Wait time to have my BABY ALL CLEANED!!!! Thanks Valet Car Wash

Extremely disappointing service. Besides paying for the membership, I paid + 62 CAD for a premium package, and receiving the car in this condition was very frustrating. When I picked up the car, the only thing it made me want to do was go straight to the desk and cancel my memberships immediately. The job was very poor: badly vacuumed, doors and door frames completely dirty and stained, and they didn’t even remove the floor mats to clean them. For the price and the service promised, this is unacceptable.

I took my car there yesterday morning for an interior detailing. From the first phone call, their follow-up texts as a reminder, and to the actual experience I had at this location on Benfield Drive, everything was exceptional. My SUV was absolutely spotless when they had finished their cleaning and it was pretty dirty inside with salt and grit on the (rubber) mats, small coffee spills on the leather, and just everyday use throughout this past year. Two people worked on my vehicle and they did an exceptionally good job. I will definitely be returning and have already recommended them to family and friends.
