Valet Car Wash (North St. Catharines)

bsolutely terrible service from this car wash. I don’t know what happened after the new ownership, but it’s terrible now. I brought my car in for a full wash and they scratched my car. When I called them, Hayley (whoever that person is), was very condescending and rude. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE…… Judging by the bad recent reviews, it’s clear to see that I’m not the only one. Especially with their ridiculous responses to reviews. It clearly shows their lack of accountability. CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIPS AND RUN!

Absolutely terrible service now I have been a paying member for almost two years at about $50 per month, and this place has gone completely downhill. When I first joined, basic things like cleaning cloths and mat cleaning were included. Now they nickel-and-dime customers for everything. Today they actually asked me to pay $7 just to spray water on my car mats, something they used to do for free for years. That’s ridiculous. The vacuum machines are almost useless. They used to be good and now its barely any suction power, so you can’t properly clean your car even if you try. What exactly are we paying a monthly membership for? It honestly feels like this place is just taking money from members while continuously cutting services and lowering quality. Loyal customers clearly don’t matter here anymore. If you are thinking about getting a membership here, save your money and go somewhere else. There are plenty of better car wash places that actually respect their customers. Very disappointed after being a loyal customer for so long.

Valet Car Washington is excellent value for the money....the services available, the car wash quality, the vacum area provided is included and, the friendly helpful staff that are always there if you need assistance. They are top of the game in keeping you informed on hours of operation and/or any unexpected downtime due to operational issues at both their St Catharines locations. Monthly membership if that is the direction you choose, is value for your dollar.

A great place to have your vehicle washed. I have been going here for years, and have always been very happy. The team members are always pleasant and friendly. I recently had a minor issue and Hayley the manager was exceptional, and beyond professional in assisting me. My issue was resolved immediately, and far exceeded my expectations. Not only are their memberships reasonably priced they can be used at both St.Catharines locations which is a terrific bonus.

First time here since it was Superior Soft Touch (March 8, 2025). Really wanted to love it…paid for the “extreme” (the most expensive wash at $21.99). See for yourself in the below pictures. Very underwhelming - especially for the price paid. *Edit* I did increase my rating to 4 stars, appreciating very much the manager asking me to reach out and offering to spray down the back and give a free wash. I think the wash is probably great, but not appropriate for Jeeps due to the spare tire. Definite points for great management and a customer centred mentality!
