Pricing was great as was the install. Strictly cash! No receipt or paper work. Vinyl plank flooring we bought was basically junk. All and the ends are starting to peel up and eventually break off. BE VERY CAREFULL WHAT YOU BUY HERE. Without any paper work you're on your own.

The service was great as far a quick install, price etc. We noticed a seam in the carpet right away but didn’t say anything (we had lots of reno’s happening so it seemed like a small thing). Writing this two years later we wish we had said something at the time. The carpet is fraying at that same seam. I called and they took down my information but never called back - no resolution. The carpet itself has not held up well. We will likely be redoing it as soon as we can afford to redo it.

Recently my 84 year old father purchased 23 feet of underpad to replace some damaged in a flood. The length that he was sold had 4 pieces taped together in the last half of the roll. At no time was he told that this length had been spliced. All these poorly taped pieces made it difficult to keep it along a straight edge and keep it flat at the same time. A simple job was made more difficult than it needed to be!
