This place is a case study in how to fail at running a business. My total was $31.60. I paid with $42.00 and was handed an absurd mountain of loose change because—surprise—the store had no $5 or $10 bills. This extremely relevant detail was not mentioned before taking my money, because apparently basic communication is optional here. When I asked for my cash back so I could pay the exact same total with exact change, the manager swooped in to declare it “couldn’t be done” because the amount was already entered. That is either a flat-out lie or an astonishing misunderstanding of elementary cash handling. Exact change does not alter a transaction. This is Cash Register 101, not advanced calculus. Meanwhile, the cashier was visibly shaking—. The manager, however, had no problem delivering attitude with confidence while demonstrating complete incompetence. Watching someone in a leadership role bulldoze through ignorance instead of using common sense was genuinely embarrassing. I chose not to further stress a frightened employee, took my items, and left. And after reading years of reviews calling out this exact manager for the exact same behavior, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated incident—it’s a pattern that’s been enabled and normalized. Save the fake “we’ll forward this to corporate” reply. Corporate already knows. Corporate clearly doesn’t care. If this store wants to operate like an actual business instead of a cautionary tale, it should start by replacing management with someone who understands basic math, basic customer service, and basic human decency.

it was good value for money. their buy one get 50% off deal is awsome. i got some nice winter cloths for my kid and they love it. the customer service in this location is awsome also from the warm greeting upon entering the store to getting assistance to find cloths some are the small gesture that make my whole shopping experience smooth.

Cheap clothes that our kids love. Unfortunately the change rooms were filthy. They need to bring in professional cleaners or replace the floors/baseboards. I didn't want my kids touching anything in there. So gross!! Edit: I went back three months later and it's still just as dirty. I doubt the floors are ever cleaned!

I’ve been shopping at this store for years, but after my experience today I will not be coming back. While looking for the right size for my daughter around 7:00 PM, an employee approached me in a rude manner. Her tone, facial expressions, and overall attitude were dismissive. When I pointed out the size I was looking for, instead of simply handing it to me, she curtly said “ok, ok” and even pulled it away when I reached for it. I left the store feeling unvalued and disappointed, and I returned the clothing I had planned to purchase. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and it’s very disappointing after being a loyal customer for so long.

i ordered online with klarna, and went in here to return something that didn’t fit. i was told i couldn’t return it there, and that i was outside of the return window (literally it’s 30 days and says so online, but they told me it’s only 14 days) and to go to urban planet to do the return. so i drive all the way to urban planet in niagara falls, they tell me that i actually CAN go to urban kids to do the return. so i went to the urban kids across the plaza from them in niagara falls and guess what? they returned it no issue and were super sweet. what a massive waste of my time and gas. the other reviews aren’t much different, why is this store telling customers they can’t return their items? absolutely ridiculous. the fact they sent me to another city is disappointing. and to top it off? this store opens at 10am. we arrived at 10:45am and the door was locked and we had to wait around for ten minutes.
