Urban Kids

Sales aren't as good as the Pen Centre location which is disappointing because it has "outlet" in the name. It seems like they want to take advantage of tourists who go there, they won't notice. Locals notice.

I visited Urban Kids last night to pick up a few things for my 4-year-old son, and Chynna helped me. I came back again today (November 27th, 2025) and was lucky to have her help once more. Her customer service is absolutely amazing! She listens, prioritizes what you need, and still manages to help everyone around her with such kindness and professionalism. She truly deserves to be recognized for the great work she does. We’re local here in Niagara Falls, and we will definitely be coming back often. Thank you so much, Chynna for your help for the stuff for our 4 yr old boy 💖

I had an amazing experience at this store both girls were extremely helpful. The one girls name was China and I didn’t get the other girls name but both were very accommodating and super friendly. I most definitely prefer this location rather than the pen centre location. Will be visiting again !!!

had an issue trying to return something at the pen centre location, they weren’t helpful and i ended up coming here and had no issue. the employee was also super friendly :)

Absolutely the most terrible experience I've ever had shopping . Employee Kaitlyn had a full on fight with me in front of my kids and nieces. Told me she was going to knock me out. This was all because a sign stated shorts were buy one get one 1$ and I asked her to honor it and she completely lost her mind on me. I will be taking this to head office . Ive never in my life experienced such terrible customer service before. When telling a friend they immediately asked if it was Kaitlyn as they have also had multiple terrible experiences with her. Two weeks ago I came into the store and witnessed her snapping out on a customer for using a teaching pole. Absolutely disgusting this women should not be working in customer service.... Also, we have this all on video so we have proof of the way she treated me today . I will however state that the other lady working was amazing . Treated us with respect while listening to the commotion from Kaitlyn . I could tell the other employee was very uncomfortable with the way kaitlyn was treating us.
