I have long shopped at Urban Barn - St. Catharines. Their staff are always knowledgeable and helpful. Yesterday was over and above. They were flipping the store for spring, and in the midst of it were helping me locate 3 counter stools. There was one at the store and the other two were at separate Urban Barn locations. They searched, called, I paid over the phone. I was still there after they were officially closed, because they didn't want to risk not securing these chairs. Just watched as two Urban Barn associates (managers maybe) came in to the structube store beside and blasted the manager. Apparently Structube is being torn down, and apparently employees have said that the whole section of stores is being torn down. These women were rude, uncouth and down right nasty. It's bad enough these people are losing their jobs, but seriously to go In and make a scene? Have some compassion.

Visited all the usual furniture stores looking for a number of items to furnish house, Structube - quality really dropped off, mobilia ok but not great,and about 5 others stores. Urban barn excelled in both quality, value for money and selection. The staff member that helped us, Shelby was very efficient and all round great. I always love the products here.

Love this store!! Met Lucy a few years ago, she is so good at her job! Really appreciated the time she spent with us, basically rebuying our furniture due to a fire. Beautiful furniture, our place looks Great again!!
