The staff is super caring and kind. They treat everyone with respect. They made my mom feel welcome from day one. Mary Anne was exceptionally helpful and understanding when we started the process. She went out of her way to help us and guide us. She is a top notch at work and most of all, she is genuine. My mom feels comfortable at Upper Canada Lodge.
