My Oma and Opa have lived here and the staff are amazing!

My mother has been living in LTC at UMH for almost two years. She is doing so well largely due to the incredibly dedicated staff who attend to her with immense compassion and expertise, with a lovely dose of humour and creativity. My family is so grateful.

We were very thankful for the care our Mum received while at UMH. End of life care was met with compassion, exceptional leadership, and genuine care. We are very endebted to the Staff and Management. Forever grateful. Top recommendation.

I am very, very thankful my mother was placed in the UMH this past February. The staff have been wonderful and the care my mother receives is outstanding. The UMH has never had a COVID outbreak because they are very careful and and diligently follow the government guidelines. These are very difficult, stressful times and we need to be grateful to each and every front line staff member that works there. Since I visited 5X in December, being an essential visitor, I am basing this review on my experiences.
