They pulled my daughter out of the lesson without any regard for her feelings, not even letting her finish the lesson she'd already been in for 15 minutes after we disagreed on their contract, even though it was supposed to be the last day of a paid one-week trial, and I hadn’t used my full week - only two days. Yet they refused, saying, "No, I passed the week of trial by a day." Super disrespectful." My daughter was allowed in for the third day. The staff didn't explain the policy clearly, specifically the part about a month deductible charge for cancellation - that detail came up later, only when time to signing up the contract, if she had explained it earlier I wouldn’t pay for the week trial.

Mr Hunter is honestly the best at working with the kids and leading them positively. My son really enjoys going as Mr.Hunter always delivers a positive experience and always keeps it fun.

Excellent eperience there. Have been taking my 4 kids for about 14 years. Two of my kids are black belts now. Mr.Garant is very supportive, helpful, makes extra effort to help children keep up with their lessons. Safe environment for kids and adults all ages. My kids have made great friends here. UFMA has helped my kids in building confidence, being respectful towards others and displining their lives. Some great virtues of life. I am grateful to UFMA and will highly recommend everyone.

We've been taking our daughter to United Family Martial Arts for a year now, we've seen an ownership change, which had us nervous, however, Mr. Hunter, has shown families his dedication to his students success, and educating the children by connecting with them and making learning martial arts fun.
