Low quality , rude and disrespectful service to my 76 year old Mom who happened to use this office ,lawyer in question was Michael Maddalena, the insistence of what he thought she should have in her Will as per our family dynamic was not what she wanted , and she had not been assessed for new hearing aids so this offices level of rudeness was not appropriate or appreciated! Shame on you!

They helped me tremendously with the recent passing of my mother and provided invaluable guidance and any legal services I have required were top notch and extremely reasonably priced.

When I requested extra copies of a document, I thought it would just be a photocopy. They did not tell me up front that each copy cost money. So the lady returns with all these copies and drops a bill on us suddenly. TELL THEM THERE IS A COST BEFORE YOU MAKE THE COPIES! Also, the woman who has been answering the calls and handled those copies (same woman) has been very unhelpful, and downright rude at times. She avoids providing direct answers and kept spinning my simple questions into complex hypotheticals with big dollar signs attached. All I wanted to know IF that was a service they can help me with, and instead of 'yes' or 'no' she just kept talking about other aspects of things I was NOT asking questions about, and it was impossible to get a straight answer. Really unhelpful, unfriendly, and it all made me feel like I was being conned. The woman who was answering my calls, she is terrible. She is the reason I will not be using their services.

Never answers phone, no business hours posted, does not return voice messages. They charge for work no done, too!
