Flawless from start to finish, she took note of all of our requirements, sourced venues that worked for our budget/timing/group size and then took care of all of the details to bring this to life for us. BB and the Uncork team were amazing to work with! They arranged a large tour bus for us, we got to taste wine at three different wineries and we ended the day with a fun team activity at the chocolate factory. Our tour guide Nicole did a great job explaining things along the way and kept us on track. I highly recommend Uncork for a large group tour.

What a wonderful company to work with! We planned our work anniversary trip two years ago and it was postponed due to Covid. But boy it was worth the wait! BB was fantastic to deal with over the last bit with planning. Every detail was taken care of and all the places they scheduled us to go were fantastic. Our guide Gates was such a wonderful person. He was so knowledgeable about the region and places they took us. He took the time to chat with our team and get to know what we do. He made us feel very welcome at every stop and made sure we were all looked after. The trip would not have been the same without him! He took wonderful photos for us as well and he was just a delight. Thank you so much BB, Gates and team for making our day so special. I can't wait to book again!

Great experience on the self guided tour! Well organized by an exceptional host. Lots of fun and laughs shared by all. A great memory to go in the books. Thank-you Uncork Niagara for making this experience fun, inclusive and informative.

We can't speak more highly of Uncork Niagara and Bebe's customer service. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Niagara's wineries are not offering wine tours. This did not stop Bebe from providing our small group with a wonderful experience. From answering our questions, to providing us with information about the various wineries, and even calling the areas we were schedule to visit ahead of time. She thought of everything! We were greeted at the entrance and she walked us through what our afternoon would look like. Each of the venues we visited were quick to let us enter and taste the delicious wines! The wineries were excellent at maintaining social distancing and hygiene measures. We especially appreciated the chocolate stop at Niagara's largest chocolate factory and the treat bag we were given! We are thankful for Bebe's quick follow up and organization. She is a gem and really went above and beyond to ensure our group had the most wonderful time! - Nishan and group
