Ichiban Sushi Express

Was in my hotel and wanted a snack. My girlfriend and I could not have enjoyed this any more at 9pm. The food was fresh and tasted amazing. The raw salmon tasted wonderful and didnt have a fishy smell at all.

I ordered a bento box that clearly showed a specific roll on the menu. However, instead of serving what was pictured, the staff substituted the roll with inari sushi that had been left at the front. When I asked why the food didn't match the menu, I was told that the contents "change from time to time." Only after I insisted on receiving what was shown on the menu did they reluctantly replace it. What's more concerning is that I witnessed the same thing happen to the next guest, who also complained. After their complaint, the staff removed the inari sushi and made the roll fresh - which implies that they could have done so for me in the first place.

One of the best and most affordable sushi spots in Niagara Falls! Fresh ingredients, great flavors, and excellent value for the price. Highly recommend

Decent spot for sushi in a casino Notably one of the better spots for sushi in Niagara Falls. And with it being inside the fallsview, it was a really refreshing place considering all the greasy and junky type of food in the area (which don’t get me wrong, I love) Kids ordered two platters of sushi, one with salmon and assorted roll and another with a couple of rolls. Both were tasty and loved the size of the rolls Person helping out was super quick and helpful. Glad to know when we are at the falls that a sushi spot like this is available Great job overall! Honestly if you want to save money on food in this tourist spot and have decent food, this can be one of the best options. We were about to go to the casino and wanted to have quick lunch (and save some money to waste at the casino instead 😝) so we went to the food court and decided to have sushi. We were surprised to see the good amount of food at a very good price. And food was delicious too. We couldn’t be happier. They prepare fresh food. Good customer service. However to find a table to dine in at the food court was difficult because more people and less table due to social distancing for COVID.
