U-Pick Auto Parts - Welland

This place is temporarily closed; there's nothing there right now! They could've updated their website or Google Maps listing... Update to their reply: no, your Google Maps listing doesn't have any updates whatsoever.

Drove all the way from St. Catharines to find out they are closed for renovations but their listing said they are open. Saw a guy inside the office thru the window - knocked on a window a few times but the guy did not even come to the window, he just sat there. Very disappointing. If they are only open for used car sales - change the business name and business type on the google listing from you-pick auto parts to used car sales so it is not misleading to future customers who make the cross-city trip.

Very poor customer service. Went there spent 10mins knocking on the windows watched 2 guys walk right by me in their little seacan nobody answered. So KENNY YOU PULL is where I went other then the drive nice experience there highly recommended. L if these.people work for me I would relieve them of the duties just saying never going back

This is the best scrap in the region and I been to all of them. Cashier's are friendly I get all the parts here, they just need more cars!

Well organized and great prices. Was here looking for Buick parts and surprisingly came across my old truck which was sad to see in its current state. Miss that truck.
