The furniture dolly wasn't in the van. I had to use the utility dolly which was a pain. Uhaul is tring to charge for two dollys since the seal was broken on the utility dolly. The app sucks. It couldn't find my location and wouldn't let me proceed. The person in then chat was useless and there was a 30 min when I called. They will probably say the furniture dolly is missing. Because of this I was an hour late.

Easy access, truck was available and super clean. Used the mobile app and was simple and easy to pick up and take back. Highly recommend this location.

Charged $107.72 to my visa (manually input) even though the truck was returned at the exact amount required. Then would not assist and said I need to contact Uhaul directly. And if you've ever tried that, you know it's a nightmare. Been on hold for over 2 hours over 3 calls and haven't had any resolution
