U-Haul Moving & Storage of Central St. Catharines

The storage units are weird sizes. I pay over 200 for a 5x8 untit. Extremely small in width. Its like a short hallway. Difficult to store your items. Its also on the second floor with an elevator where you have to use a dolly to put your stuff on and the elevator didn't work properly a few times for us. And its literally a pain when being on the second floor with the worst shaped unit and paying more than I can afford being on odsp. There are new storage places I wish I had looked into when the move happened. They are clean, one level where you can drive up to your until. Climate controlled. Some of them are charging less that 20 dollars a week for the first 3 months. I have also been over charged at uhaul!!!

Vehicles are very clean and maintained . Staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Kudos to staff at this location for explaining the whole process! Define 5 star for this location!

I would like to say happy New Year to everyone but unfortunately, I'm disappointed on U-Haul that in 72 Vine Vine Street. st Catherine .They're not good for the Society in St. Catherine. They are very very rude and bad. I've been a customer with them for 3 years and 2 months. They treat me like they don't know even know me.I'm telling everyone do not go there. They don't know how to respect people. They don't have even a customer service. Thank you

I believe These guys are liars and scammers! I had a storage unit with them and i got a cpl months behind on rent. (2 almost 3) anyways, I went there and worked out a deal where they would basically half the bill if i paid right then & removed everything in 24 hrs. I agreed to that deal but i had asked beforehand if anyone was in the unit because i got a email saying they were going to enter & auction if i didn’t pay. She assured me nobody was in My unit. So i paid & went to move my stuff. When i got to the unit my lock was cut, theirs was on it & when i finally got in i seen whoever was in it stole pretty much everything. (Anything with value anyway).all my work tools. My whole livelyhood. They left iust enough in there so the auction photos looked like the unit may still hold value. (Ex. They left the tool box but took all the tools) do not use this u haul or buy from their auctions! I really believe they’re scamming the people who go bid & buy these units. And stealing from their customers!! Except they’re denying they went in it so i pretty much have to just take it dry. I dont know how i can prove it… & I dont know where to go from here, so just please for your own good do not use or buy from this u haul!

I was reluctant to book online but it was seamless . The staff was well organized and super friendly . It’s nice to have a smiling positive face on a stressful day . He made sure I had everything I needed and as a bonus the cost was less than anticipated . Will use this company again for sure .
