Turtles Property Management

Blah blah blah... All talk with no follow through. Good luck getting hold of them and getting any follow up response. They are "probably" (didn't get a chance to work with them but based on their knowledge) good and they are definitely busy enough with their multi million dollar projects not to care about relatively smaller projects of a few grands or anything less than 50K. Supposedly they might be more responsive and engaged as they claim ...once you get to a point where they are officially on the job but that totally depends on them if they feel like getting into a contract despite you making several attempts to engage them. Overall very frustrating experience. Finally had to give up chasing.

Looked at an apartment, they called a couple of days later and requested pay stubs and didn't call me back. Its been almost a week.

Mike and Rob did a great job in my basement bathroom and I will definitely hire them again for any future renos.

Great job on recent home renovation. Supporting wall removed, new beams installed in basement. Turtles also completed a bathroom reno for us in the past as well. Very helpful and fair pricing.

Hired Turtles in 2019 for a beam support issue in our older house in Niagara Falls. They were very helpful with the engineer drawing and permit. Norman and team were great to work with. Thank you :)
