Good prices. But weird customer service. The girl with the red hair today wasn’t the friendliest person. I wanted flower & papers and before I could even tell her “i don’t need the papers anymore” (because they don’t sell Raws) she already left to the stock room I’m assuming? Then I paid in cash and she gave me the change and walked straight to the door to let me out while I’m still standing at the register, and I said “could I get a receipt” and she responded with “flowers can’t be returned or exchanged and the receipt is on your account but sure” and I was shocked by that response cause usually dispensary workers are the nicest people EVER!!! And I said “can I not get a receipt?” And she responded with “you can but people never ask for a receipt for flower cause it’s not returnable or exchangeable. I’m not sure if she thought I was trying to return used flower? or something but definitely my first unfriendly experience at a dispensary. I work in customer service and whenever a customer needs a receipt I just apologize instead of trying to justify why I didn’t give it to her.
View on GooglePlace had me hit the penjamin franklin while talking to pendrick lamar. We ended up going to blinker City and hit up mega clouds while we got faded. But in all seriousness, place is awesome, staff are lovely, atmosphere is out of this world and over all great deals.

View on GoogleOut of three people that independently entered the store at 4:50 p.m. I was the only one ASK FOR IDENTIFICATION!!! When I was leaving the store another gentleman crossed paths with me without being asked upon entry. I'M 32 YEARS OLD AND I LOOK 32 YEARS OLD I will definitely be reaching out to head office.. I understand that you're supposed to ask every single individual entering for identification!!! Suchh fines are issued for not doing so the girls response to me was "I can ID anyone I want". yes you absolutely can but make sure we are following proper protocol sunshine!!! Especially if you're serving your customer service with that attitude!! It's a shame I just moved three houses away from your location and I absolutely was stoked to shop here again I've been a religious true north supporter for years. 6 maybe Where is the customer service?!? I have received nothing but kindness from a true north .. I know this was a fluke but it definitely shouldn't be happening I ALSO HAVE MY CANNABIS LICENSE I am aware of the policies and procedures you are representing a company.. ID EVERYONE!!! Regardless of your judgment regardless if you know someone regardless that simple mistake or lack of detail just cost you credibility and also loyalty from a customer if it's a staffing issue then maybe consider having someone else provide assistance.. I was standing at the counter still staring at my bag putting my change in my pocket when the girl was already walking me out the door trying to rush me out when I still had questions about my product it's a shame Call me a Karen but at the end of the day the customer service matters!!!
View on GoogleIt's the worst store to go to. I was banned from the store. The first time I had gone to the store I was served by the manager and she was not the nicest, I mean like no smile, no how are you doing today, just "what do you need". I was like ok so I just ordered and left. I went back a couple days later there was another staff member there who had much better customer service. I got my order and asked if they have another product that I was interested in. The staff member told me to come back and ask the manager, I said the manager is not nice at all and I'm not going to deal with her. A few days later I went back and got my order again and there was a different staff member there so I decided to ask them about the other product I was interested in and once again I was told to speak to the manager and again I told them the manager is not nice. Well to make the story short a few weeks later I go back and there is the manager that is not so nice, well she let's me in to the store and I go and order and she says to me "my staff tells me everything you say about me and we don't want your service, you can leave my store now." I told her I'm a paying customer and I'll talk to head office about the problem. She says "my regional manager says your banned from the store." I left and called head office. I still have not got a call back from head office. Well all I can say is that there are other stores that have better products for cheaper and friendly staff to serve you as I got banned for saying the manager is not nice but then again what is the staff members saying to her.
